Season Outlook
John is entering his third season on the
Varsity team, this year as a team captain. A solid center midfielder, with great touch and field
vision, the coaches will look for John to be a leader in the midfield.
Walitsch has the knack for scoring big goals. His goal at Mitty
last season was the difference in a 1-0 game, and he followed that up
with the first goal in a tie with Bellarmine.
Personal Info
John lives with his
family in the Almaden area. He has five sisters and 1 brother.
One of his sisters married JV assistant coach Kevin McIntire. John
works at Cinnabar Hills Golf Course and is a bachelor.
