Earthquakes reserve team beats Real
Salt Lake 3-1 in front of 250 fans at VC. 6/19
Nearly 250 fans showed up
to watch the San Jose Earthquakes' Reserve team take on Real Salt Lake.
It was a beautifully sunny day on Father's day and many of the 'Quakes
stars were in attendance with their children.
'Quakes star, and MLS
leading scorer (2004), Brian Ching continued his rehab by going 70 +
minutes and scoring a goal in the 3-1 win. The official write-up on the

star Antonio Favela said afterwards, "What a great opportunity to see
such a high level of play up close!"
The final reserve league
match will take place at Valley Christian on June 26 at 10am. The
'Quakes reserves will be taking on the star studded LA Galaxy. Don't
