#11 Andrew Smith -- SR. Mid/F
Season Outlook
Andrew returns for his 3rd varsity season
at Valley Christian as one of the Warriors top players. Using his size and speed, he'll most likely be used
up top or in an attacking midfield role. Andrew will look to lead
VC back to CCS in his final high school season, and then head off to
college where he should have a great career..
Junior Year
In Andrew's Junior year, he started and
played all games and scored a goal vs. Leigh. Playing
on the outside MID, Andrew helped VC to a #4 ranking in CCS and a WCAL
League Championship.
Sophomore Year
In his sophomore year, Smith had 4 assists
while getting considerable playing time in VC's CCS Semi Final finish.
Personal Info
Andrew has a brother Nathan who played for
VC and a sister. He plans to attend
college and is a great college soccer prospect. His first choices are Santa Clara, Cal Poly, USMA, Gonzaga, and
Seattle Pacific. Andrew carries a
4.1 Cumulative GPA and scored an 1130 on his SATs. His hobbies include
Mountain Biking, Backpacking, and Sailing.
